Oluwatimilehin Adaeze is a B.A holder in English & Literary Studies, a seasoned and trained professional developmental worker and relationship expert. Hers’ is a coincidence in passion, professional calling and developmental pursuit.
Her uncommon sense of empathy has, through training and experience, found home and expression in a socially-relevant and well-articulated vision of empowering communities and people with knowledge to be strong. She has built on her experience and well-rounded professional training to impact her society through her work.
As a developmental woker a relationship expert, Oluwatimilehin Adaeze is well-acknowledged for her meticulous attention to details. She works with a methodically-fashioned template to design a customized, personalized menu for her clients and communities.
Adaeze has received various training on various developmental challenges that are ravaging the world today. She has been also outstanding in her developmental and social work. She leverages on these to inspire people and set them on the pathway to success in life. She imbues both the young and the young-at-heart with an infectious CAN-DO spirit.
Adaeze is a prolific and enthusiastic nonprofit worker, women, girls and youth activist who has over the year’s impacted youth’s especially young girls to be focus and goal getters. She is a dependable, hard-working, self starter with great attention to detail. She is proficient in nonprofit Organization program implementation and this has brought some strength to the initiative she has co-initiated Triumphant Health and Development Initiative and other organizations and projects she has implementation.
Adaeze has twelve years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned a Bachelor of Art in English & Literary studies from Imo state university Owerri in Nigeria and is currently running a Master’s in English at Imo state University and Masters in Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria.
Adaeze is described as a prolific and enthusiastic nonprofit worker, women, girls and youth activist who have over the year’s impacted various group of person’s especially young girls and young women to be focus and goal getters. She is a trainer of trainers having implemented various donors projects in Ekiti state that addresses issues with regards to youths, women empowerment, vulnerable Children programming, rural inclusion for financial sustainability for women, health awareness and communities outreaches. She has trained over 1000 one thousand peer educators on various issues and reached over six thousand girls, women, youths and communities with various developmental messages. She has conducted over two thousand counselling and testing in ten communities and has worked closely with HIV positives and MDRTB patients.
Her portfolio as an educator and Compere is impressive and extensive. She has volunteered her services in a number of organisations both across and outside Nigeria. Having enjoyed the privilege of work and service in different parts of Nigeria; she has served as Compere at several project implementations, discharging her duty with the dexterity of a consummate professional. She has delivered on commissions to improve on the performance, confidence and leadership skills of girls, women and young person’s at various communities. Adaeze has also served as the secretary of Child Protection Network in her state were challenges that affects Children and Women are addressed.
Adaeze attributes her success and strength to a strong belief in God and the values of personal development that she imbibed while growing up. She shares on the importance of the family and values of integrity commitment .
